Frequently asked questions
Most household debris, construction waste, wood, shingles, drywall and general waste are allowed. Concrete may be allowed with approval based on weight restrictions. Contact us with any questions related to what is allowed.
Hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, asbestos, propane tanks, and electronics are not permitted. If you’re unsure about a specific item, ask before loading.
Our standard rental period is flexible and designed to fit real-world projects. All rentals will come with 5 days included and it is $10/day after. If you need it longer, just let us know—we’ll work with you.
If the dumpster is placed on your private property (like a driveway), a permit is usually not required. If it needs to be placed on a public street, local permits may apply. We can help you figure that out.
Each dumpster size includes a weight limit. Heavy materials like concrete, brick, and shingles add up quickly, so it’s important to choose the right size. We’ll walk you through it to avoid overage fees.
At Blu Bin, protecting your property is a priority. Our trucks are operated by experienced drivers who are trained to place dumpsters carefully and safely. In most cases, properly installed concrete or asphalt driveways handle dumpster placements without issue. For added protection, we can place wood boards under the dumpster upon request to help distribute weight and minimize surface contact. We take care during delivery and pickup, but we recommend placing plywood under the dumpster if you’re concerned about asphalt or decorative concrete.
In most cases, we can deliver quickly—often same or next day depending on availability. We pride ourselves on being on time and easy to work with.
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. It includes delivery, pickup, rental time, and a set weight allowance. No surprise fees.
